This hotel was comfortable place for exploring London, enjoyed it. Worth its 4 stars.

The rooms were good sized, the staff were best. Incredible location around 10-15 minutes walk from Charing Cross train station. Breakfast was included, that was a bonus. Staying here for shopping was excellent, totally recommendable.

Excellent hotel, well located and served. Excellent treatment, cleanliness, rooms, views, location.. We had particular problems and staff was super attentive at all times. building is beautiful and hotel is superbly located, halfway between Westminster and Buckingham and City area, near Covent Garden and just off the London Eye. It is a luxury to tour the building, connects to the Underground and is next to the river. Breakfast is very well served and there is free access during most of the day to the lounge and restaurant with the possibility of serving yourself coffee, water and drinks without limitation.
There were three of us (couple and teenage son). The extra bed is a little uncomfortable, and some strange themes with electricity. But everything else is excellent.

room is clean, comfortable beds, hotel is very well located. It's a very nice hotel.
Room 1: Executive Double Room - 2 beds. ......................Number of people2 adults. BreakfastIncludes free breakfast for Genius! Payment in advance. Partial copy, confirmation of one of the rooms, as I paid for two. In it, includes breakfast. When I checked out, they charged me a breakfast that I requested to the room; to be sure, the night before, I called room service, they told me that they would not charge me the breakfast to take it in the room, they would only charge 5 pounds for the service of raising it, which I agreed; but when I paid in the check out, they charged me 37.90 pounds (two breakfasts) plus the 5 pounds; I paid the same; the lady who attended me said that she would speak with her manager to refund it in my card, since it did not correspond. Then a gentleman who spoke Spanish told me that my rate did not really include breakfast in the restaurant but in the lobby, and that it would be difficult to get it refunded. So I thought it was in very bad taste. I hope they will consider it and refund my money, since the lady who checked in for me explained very kindly that it was included.

The room was comfortable and clean.
I was disappointed that the mini bar was empty and would therefore have had to order from room service had I wanted anything. I found the TV remote control to be very dirty and it should be included in the cleaning routine.

The location was excellent, in the heart of London and right above a central underground station. We stayed at a jr suite, which was a very large room with enough space to accommodate three adults. The staff was friendly and efficient.
The lobby was grand but dark. There was no option for casual or kid friendly food in the hotel.
-
Fabulous location for all major attractions - turned up a bit early and staff were very helpful in getting me into a room ahead of time.
-
THE central location, the freindly staff
-
The staff were helpful, the general environment was good it was ideally situated
The self service breakfast was cool and not covered.
-
it's central location and lovely reception area with tea lights
awoke to drilling within building early morning.
-
The professional manner and helpfulness of staff plus the ambience of the hotel - comfortable and relaxing.
For it's price the quality of breakfast could have been improved upon.
-
The staff in reception very helpful. we are regulars and always stay with you when we come to London.
There were works going on at the time we were trying to sleep.
-
Excellent location at only few steps from the hearth of London and with two metro stations (Charing Cross & Embankment) to reach every location in a while.
Bad acoustic insulation (noises from other rooms & corridors).
